Payments can also be made in cash. Please put the relevant fees in an envelope with your child's name and class clearly written on the front.

Fees are due on the first day of the new term. Late payments will be subject to a £20 admisnistration fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Before joining Ballet Train a free trial class is offered.

If following this class you decide to enrol your child you will be asked to pay the terms fees. If starting in the middle of a term, fees will be calculated according to the amount of classes remaining in that term.

If your child misses their weekly class through illness you will be offered an alternative class. We cannot however give alternative classes for those absent due to social events. If Ballet Train has to cancel classes due to adverse events, they will be made up on an alternative date.

We do not ask for a joining fee, however we do ask for a half terms notice if you wish to withdraw your child. Failing this you will be charged half a terms fees.
